Mold Inspection
Our mold specialist will help perform a thorough inspection of the premises and help identify the areas of concern. We’ll explain to you our process and how we’ll go about with the mold treatment when Mold Medic’s dedicated team commences the remediation works.
Anti-Mold Wipedown
Mold Medic Technicians will perform a wipedown on the mold affected areas using a fungicidal disinfectant.
The fungicidal disinfectant used by Mold Medic is an EPA registered disinfectant featuring a broad-spectrum kill that cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes. Alcohol free, compatible with plastics, wood, glass and metals, non-staining, non-abrasive, and non-corrosive.
Anti-Microbial Misting
95% of mold is invisible to the naked eye. This step allows the fungicide to kill 99.99% of all mold and it’s spores; on surfaces, in the air and hidden within and behind walls, floors and furnishings.
HEPA Air-scrubbing
The AlorAir PureAiro HEPA Pro 770 air scrubber is unbeatable when compared with competitor brands in removing mold spores, airborne miscellaneous debris at 0.3 microns in size which include pollen, plant spores, and pet dander. The Carbon filter captures the larger particles whilst the HEPA draws in the smaller particles.
UV-C Sterilisation
Ultraviolet-C (UV-C) irradiation has proven germicidal and fungicidal capabilities against mold, bacteria, viruses, and other harmful pathogens. All of which, when exposed to the UV-C waves will be sterilised.
